Meeting: Salem Licensing Board held Monday, December 19, 2011 at 4:00 pm in the second floor conference room, 93 Washington Street. Present were members Robert St. Pierre, Chairman and John Casey, Rick Lee, Investigator for the Board, Peter Baglioni and Melissa Pagliaro, Clerk.
Approved: Conversion of a Seasonal B&W license to an Annual B&W license. Applicant: Café Polonia. Present: Derek Barcincowski.
Mr. Casey said this was happening under the conversion law that was passed for the City.
Ms. Rennard said that Licensing will submit a cover letter with this application to the director of the ABCC to possibly help expedite the process.
Mr. Casey said this is the last of the known three applications so far. He said it is pretty cut and dry.
Mr. Casey motioned to approve the conversion.
Mr. Lee seconded.
Mr. St. Pierre said all are in favor. Motion carries.
Approved: The Board voted to extend the hours for all restaurants and clubs on New Years Eve until 2a.m.
Mr. Lee motioned to approve.

Mr. St. Pierre said all are in favor. Motion carries.
Approved: Vote of the Board to approve Peter Baglioni as the new Special Investigator to the Licensing Board.
Mr. Lee motioned to approve.
